All you need here is a julianne slicer. You can easily find a cheap one in Chinese markets. Otherwise you can use a potato peeler for ‘tagliatelle’.
- 4 zucchini
- Wash the zucchini and slice them with a Julianne Slicer.
- Avoid slicing the seeds of the zucchini and use the remaining part of the zucchini in a soup or sauce. Steam or boil the zucchini for a few minutes.
