Ingredients
- 150g dark chocolate
- 28g (1 cup) puffed oats
Instructions
- Place the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 2 minutes.
- Remove the chocolate from the microwave using a tea towel to handle the bowl.
- Use a spoon to mix the chcolate. It might look solid but the chocolate will melt when broken with a spoon. If required give a further 30seconds to melt any big pieces of chocolate.
- Add in the puffed oats and mix well with a spoon.
- Once oats are completely covered in chocolate, layer the mixture onto baking paper. I made them 1cm tick to have 8 small pieces.
- Let cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes, and then cut into squares.
- Keep in an airtight container at room temperature.
