Ingredients
  1. 1 cup chilled water melon (de-seeded)
  2. 1/2 cup chilled light coconut milk
  3. 1 chilled banana
  4. 1/4 teaspoon beetroot powder
Instructions
  1. This smoothie works best if the fruit and milk are stored in the fridge beforehand.
  2. Blend everything in a liquidizer and enjoy chilled.
