- 1 cup chilled water melon (de-seeded)
- 1/2 cup chilled light coconut milk
- 1 chilled banana
- 1/4 teaspoon beetroot powder
- This smoothie works best if the fruit and milk are stored in the fridge beforehand.
- Blend everything in a liquidizer and enjoy chilled.
