Veggie balls with sprouted mung beans

I had some extra mung beans and wanted to make some veggie burgers so that I can store them in freezer. Whilst making them I found that they were more attractive as balls than burgers. So here they are.

Ingredients
  1. 2 cups sprouted mung beans
  2. 1/2 cup ground flax
  3. 1/2 cup ground chia
  4. 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  5. 1 small onion
  6. 1 clove garlic
  7. 1 bell pepper (orange / yellow / red)
  8. 1 medium carrot
  9. 3/4 teaspoons turmeric
  10. 3/4 teaspoons cinnamon
  11. 3/4 teaspoons cumin
  12. 1 teaspoon curry powder
  13. 1/2 teaspoon chilly powder
  14. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  15. ground nutmeg
  16. salt and pepper
  17. sesame seeds
Instructions
  1. Blend everything in food processor except for sesame seeds, olive oil and mung beans.
  2. Once well blended and you have a paste consistency add mung beans and olive oil and blend again.
  3. Form balls using your hands and when shaped dip in some sesame seeds to cover
  4. Bake in pre-heated oven at 180°C .
  5. Bake for around 15 minutes on each side.
Notes
  1. Enjoy as a snack or with salad.
