The ingredients in this tea help soothe stomach ache as well as reduce acidity in the stomach.
Tea for Stomach Pain
- Boiled water
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
- 1 teaspoon aniseed
- 1/2 lemon
- tea diffuser
- Mix honey with cinnamon, this will allow cinnamon to mix well with water as otherwise it cinnamon will float on top.
- Add cinnamon and honey to the hot water.
- Add fennel and aniseed seeds into a tea diffuser and merge in water.
- Then add juice of half a lemon and lemon slices to water.
- Drink warm.
- You can also add 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar as this alkaline vinegar is good to reduce acidity in the stomach.
