Ingredients
  1. Boiled water
  2. 1 teaspoon honey
  3. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  4. 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
  5. 1 teaspoon aniseed
  6. 1/2 lemon
  7. tea diffuser
Instructions
  1. Mix honey with cinnamon, this will allow cinnamon to mix well with water as otherwise it cinnamon will float on top.
  2. Add cinnamon and honey to the hot water.
  3. Add fennel and aniseed seeds into a tea diffuser and merge in water.
  4. Then add juice of half a lemon and lemon slices to water.
  5. Drink warm.
Notes
  1. You can also add 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar as this alkaline vinegar is good to reduce acidity in the stomach.
