Sweet Potato Chips
These chips are crispy and delicious.
- 2 sweet potato
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon chilly pepper
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon ginger
- Wash the sweet potatoes and leave skin on.
- Slice using the slicer side of a cheese grater.
- Add oil and spices and distribute on potatoes using your hands.
- Bake in oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes or until chips just start to get golden.
- Let cool so that chips turns crispy.
