Cauliflower Rice

Cauliflower rice can be used instead of any rice in most recipes. It will look almost the same and since cauliflower tastes quite bland you can easily mimic rice recipes by adding flavor with different herbs and spices. 

Wash and clean a cauliflower and put it in a food processor. Blend until it reaches the size that you want. If you blend it too much it will become ‘couscous’ like. Cook it with 2 tablespoons coconut oil in the microwave or stirfry on a pan. Add salt and pepper and any other ingredients that you might like. If you are not using it with sushi you can add curry powder, turmeric and garlic.
