It already started getting warm in Malta and in many places in Europe. This smoothie is a nice breakfast or snack to enjoy in the hot summer months. The banana makes the smoothie sweet and creamy, and you won’t need to add any other sweetener. You can use fresh berries but I find the frozen ones more convenient.

Ingredients
  1. 1 ripe medium banana
  2. 1½ cups mixed frozen berries
  3. 1 cup water
  4. fresh mint (optional)
Instructions
  1. Mix banana and frozen berries with half of the water in a liquidiser. Add more water gradually until all berries have melted and you see a creamy consistency.
  2. Serve with fresh mint and enjoy :)
