These crackers are gluten free, egg free and dairy free. A great healthy savory snack good with vegetables, cheese or dips.
You can add more herbs and spices like garlic salt, chili flakes, rosemary. The flavor is yours to discover. In the below image I have used a silicon mould to shape the bread sticks.
- 2 cups almond flour
- Dash of salt
- 2 tablespoons oregano
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons water
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until ingredients are well combined and dough is formed.
- Place between parchment paper and flatten with rolling pin. The flatter they are the crispier they will be.
- Cut into squares using a knife.
- Bake for 10 minutes at 150°C. Turn and bake for few more minutes until slightly golden.
