This is where it all started. I always enjoyed cooking and taking pictures of the food I eat, but after I took this particular photo I came up with the idea to start sharing my food with the world. I made an album on my facebook and I soon started getting replies. It was also an inspiration to the name I chose, My Hearty Cooking!

    Ingredients
    1. 1 egg
    2. 1 tomato
    3. 1 small onion
    4. Brussels Sprouts
    5. 1/2 cup chickpeas
    Instructions
    1. Boil or Steam the Brussels Sprouts.
    2. While sprouts are boiling, use a non stick pan to sauté onions and chickpeas.
    3. Set aside and sauté the tomatoes. Use an egg shaper to fry the egg. There is no need to use oil if you have a non stick flat pan. Plate everything together and enjoy!
