This is where it all started. I always enjoyed cooking and taking pictures of the food I eat, but after I took this particular photo I came up with the idea to start sharing my food with the world. I made an album on my facebook and I soon started getting replies. It was also an inspiration to the name I chose, My Hearty Cooking!

- 1 egg
- 1 tomato
- 1 small onion
- Brussels Sprouts
- 1/2 cup chickpeas

- Boil or Steam the Brussels Sprouts.
- While sprouts are boiling, use a non stick pan to sauté onions and chickpeas.
- Set aside and sauté the tomatoes. Use an egg shaper to fry the egg. There is no need to use oil if you have a non stick flat pan. Plate everything together and enjoy!
