Joyful Green Smoothie
Smoothies are a great way to start the day. The blender breaks down the cellulose structure and unlocks it’s nutrients in the greens. Do not be deceived by it’s color. I challenge you to try it at least once! If you put some sweet food in it (banana, dried fruit, other fruit), it will taste good as any other smoothie. Promise!
- bunch of fresh spinach
- 1 kiwi
- 1 banana
- 2 pitted dates
- 2 cups no sugar added almond milk
- 1/5 teaspoon spirulina powder
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- Carefully wash and rinse the spinach.
- Place ingredients in a container and blend using a hand blender. Alternatively you can use a liquidizer.
- Pour in glass and enjoy.
