Another easy breakfast to go!
- 2 cup oats
- 1 1/2 cup sultanas
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- Blend all ingredients except pumpkin seeds in a food processor until combined.
- Mix in pumpkin seeds with spoon so you don’t break the seeds.
- Press into a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes. Take out flapjacks when golden.
- Let cool and cut into squares.
