Easy Flapjacks

Ingredients
  1. 2 cup oats
  2. 1 1/2 cup sultanas
  3. 1/2 cup honey
  4. 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients except pumpkin seeds in a food processor until combined.
  2. Mix in pumpkin seeds with spoon so you don't break the seeds.
  3. Press into a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes. Take out flapjacks when golden.
  4. Let cool and cut into squares.
