These bars are super easy to make and so handy to have.

 

Cranberry Pistachio Bars

Ingredients
  1. 1 cup oats
  2. 1/2 cup cranberries
  3. 1/2 cup pistachios
  4. 1/4 cup honey
  5. some lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Blend all the ingredients in a food processor.
  2. When all the ingredients are moistened with the honey and lemon spread the mixture in a glass dish pressing down tightly. Bake at medium heat until golden.
  3. When cooled transfer onto chopping board and cut into bars with a knife.
Notes
  1. these bars will keep fresh for a week if refrigerated.
