Cranberry Pistachio Bars
These bars are super easy to make and so handy to have.
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup cranberries
- 1/2 cup pistachios
- 1/4 cup honey
- some lemon juice
- Blend all the ingredients in a food processor.
- When all the ingredients are moistened with the honey and lemon spread the mixture in a glass dish pressing down tightly. Bake at medium heat until golden.
- When cooled transfer onto chopping board and cut into bars with a knife.
- these bars will keep fresh for a week if refrigerated.
