Cranberry Lemon Bars
Do you want some properly delicious morning bars? These cranberry lemon bars are superb!
- 1 cup roasted almonds
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- Juice of 1 small lemon
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Blend all the ingredients in a food processor and place in a glass dish.
- Press using your fingers to form a thick layer of 1cm or ticker. If your dish is big just use one side and press the ingredients to one of the sides. The mixture will hold because the ingredients will stick together. Place dish in fridge overnight.
- The next day you can cut the bars and serve or else you can wrap in cling film and refrigerate until ready to consume.
