Ingredients
- 1 spring onion
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 big avocado
- ½ lemon
- fresh parsley
Instructions
- Chop all the vegetables excluding avocado and lemon.
- Cut the avocado into chunky pieces using this method
- Pour juice of ½ lemon on the avocado to prevent from browning.
- Stir together gently together and keep chilled until ready to serve.
