These patties do not require a lot of preparation but they do really make up for a really nice meal!

Ingredients
  1. 1 small onion
  2. 2 large mushrooms
  3. whole chicken breast
  4. 2 eggs
  5. salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Stir fry the onion and mushrooms.
  2. In the meantime blend the chicken, eggs, salt and pepper in food processor.
  3. When onions are ready pour in with the chicken and mix with a spoon.
  4. Bake at 180°C for about 25 minutes.
