Cabbage slaw with Bacon and Kale

Ingredients
  1. 1 head cabbage, thinly sliced
  2. 1 onion
  3. 3 big leaves of kale
  4. 2/3 back bacon slices
  5. fresh basil
  6. 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  7. 1 teaspoon dill tops
  8. ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  9. toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
  1. Stir fry onion in some coconut oil and add cumin while cooking.
  2. Add cabbage before onion starts browning down and stir.
  3. Break the kale leaves into smaller pieces and add to cabbage mix.
  4. Add ground nutmeg and dill tops and stir frequently.
  5. When almost done add bacon slices.
  6. Switch off heat and add fresh basil leaves.
  7. Dress with toasted sesame seeds.
