Ingredients
  1. 450g asparagus spears
  2. 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  3. 1 small red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  4. handful of pecans
  5. goat cheese
  6. half a lemon
  7. fresh dill
  8. salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Grill the asparagus with onion and some salt & pepper for about 10 minutes, until asparagus is tender.
  2. Remove from heat and slice asparagus.
  3. Drizzle juice of half a lemon on asparagus and mix the remaining ingredients.
  4. Enjoy as salad or as a side to a main dish.
