I made these bites for a family party and they were a hit! So simple and easy to make.

Ingredients
- 30 dried apricots
- 100g blue cheese
- 15 walnut halves
- honey
Instructions
- Assemble apricots on a serving tray.
- Break some blue cheese and assemble pieces onto the apricots.
- Break the walnut halves and place onto the cheese.
- Take a teaspoon of honey and drizzle on the apricots. Repeat until all the apricots have been covered.
